Where do you deliver?
We deliver from our Batu Pahat shop across Johor — typically within 25 km. For areas outside our zone (e.g. JB city centre), message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm availability.
What is the same-day cutoff?
Order by 4 PM for same-day delivery in Batu Pahat and nearby postcodes (83000–86999). Orders after cutoff are scheduled for the next available slot.
Do you ship nationwide?
Not yet — we operate from one Batu Pahat hub. Nationwide shipping may come when we open a second location.
Can I add a card message or photo?
Yes — every order includes a complimentary greeting card. Add your message and an optional photo link at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We'll do our best before your bouquet goes into design.
