By placing an order or subscription with Best Florist & Gift Centre you agree to the pricing, delivery terms, and product descriptions shown at checkout.

Same-day delivery is available in Batu Pahat and nearby postcodes when ordered before 4 PM, subject to slot availability and product availability.

Payment is processed securely through our payment partner. Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select until cancelled in your account or by contacting us.

Fresh flowers are perishable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will make it right where possible.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
