Delivery

We deliver from our Batu Pahat shop across Johor — typically within 25 km. Same-day delivery is available when you order before 4 PM and select an available slot.

For areas outside our zone, message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm availability before you checkout.

Freshness & returns

Fresh flowers are perishable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will make it right where possible.

Payment

After you confirm delivery details, you'll be redirected to Billplz to pay securely with FPX, cards, or supported e-wallets.

Your statement may show our payment partner or shop name. You'll receive an email confirmation and receipt when payment succeeds.

Payment is processed securely through our payment partner. Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select until cancelled in your account or by contacting us.
